Skyvak makes electronic music rooted in mysticism and fantastical storytelling, circling one question: what it takes to become who you were always meant to be. He started DJing at nineteen in Missouri and taught himself Ableton from a paperback manual while at sea in 2020. A graduate of Icon Collective, where he won Best Sound Design for his quarter, he now works out of Los Angeles.

His sets run melodic bass, trap, and dubstep — ethereal soundscapes cut with hard-hitting sound design and vocal-driven originals. After opening for San Holo, Seven Lions, Kill the Noise, and Crystal Skies, he spent two years building a close fanbase through headlining shows rather than chasing rooms.

The Becoming is a five-track EP about stepping into who you were always meant to be, arriving with vocal collaborations and a full visual world behind it. It is the most intentional body of work he has made.
